“Be and breathe, and live LIGHTLY, opening your mind to health and healing, to wellness and peace, to love and forgiveness. Allow all that does not serve to come to the surface, not to hold onto, but to release. You do not NEED that which divides– and even more, you do not really want it.

What you DO want is to join the One Mind that you share with all, which is always of love, always of peace, always of healing, reconnecting all the seeming fragments of the One Mind that never REALLY left the One Mind.
