小さく静かな瞬間を大切にして下さい。私もそのような小さく静かな瞬間を、一人で何度も経験して来ました（外見的には一人ですが、多くの光の存在がその瞬間を見守って下さっていました）。そして、その瞬間は、確実に私の人生と方向を変えてきました。あなたは、自分に奇跡を起こしています。それを喜んで下さい。

イエス樣は、「子よ、あなたは無実であり、あなたには価値があり、あなたは愛そのものです。自分が行い、考える全てにおいて心を軽くして、愛情深くあって下さい。あなたは安全です。あなたは愛されている。すべては順調です。自分に甘くしてください。無理をしないで下さい！ 人生があなたを通して生き、あなたを通して愛することが出来るようにしてください。」と仰っています。

私も、あなたはそのような人だと思うので、自分が行い、考える全てにおいて心を軽くして、愛情深くあり、自分に甘くして、無理をしないで、人生があなたを通して生き、あなたを通して愛することが出来るようにしてください。

Jesus says, "Child, you are innocent, you are worthy, and you are Love Itself. Lighten up and be loving in all that you do and think. You are safe. You are loved. All is well. Be easy on yourself. Don’t try so hard! Allow Life to Live through you and Love through you."

その時の空はきれいな空でした。

混沌とした状況のある同じ地球とは思えないような場所で、

のどかな午後を過ごすことが出来ました。
