“Identify with Truth (which is Love), and you are your Self. Your Self forgives and does not blame, so when you choose to blame something outside yourself as the cause of your grievance or pleasure, you know you are listening to your wrong mind, which seeks only to separate. What you want to be able to do is to operate, by decision, from your Right Mind, which is the Mind of Peace. Whenever you find yourself triggered or upset, turn back to your Right Mind by remembering that you are not upset for the reason you think, but because you made the DECISION to be upset. But you can always change your mind. So, your outer experience (meaning what other people are saying or doing, etc.) may not change, but you can always change how you look upon it, being aware of which mind you are listening to. You can always return to the Stately Calm within–ALWAYS. Nothing has the power to take away your aligning with the Stately Calm within, but you (and by you we mean which mind are you listening to?) When you seek separation, then that is what you will experience, even though it is not Truth. Seek peace, instead, which comes only from within and you will be led step by step, moment by moment towards peace. Child of Love, it is your responsibility to choose. Choose Truth, and this you will experience as you follow the Guidance that comes from within your Right Mind, where the Holy Spirit abides. In Truth, you are never left bereft, so turn to Truth.
