“Everyone has a Right Mind and a wrong mind. Because you are the mind that thinks with either one or the other, it is always up to you to choose which mind you will listen to and work with. If you feel disquiet or unrest in any way, it’s because you chose to listen to the wrong mind of unrest and disquiet. But you can choose again. You can say, “This really doesn’t feel like peace or ease or acceptance. It’s exhausting to listen to this argumentative reaction to this dream of mine. I am going to CHANGE my mind and turn to the Teacher of Quiet, Peace, and Relief.
