“You are loved, and you are Love Itself. When you encounter anything that draws out feelings of agitation, forgive yourself the moment you notice it. Say, “This is my wrong-minded thought system, the ego, at work.” And then ask yourself, “Do I want what the feelings this thought offers me, or do I want the Peace of God instead?” The Peace of God has but one condition, and that is that you choose It, rather than conflict. It is only by your choosing peace that you will experience peace.
