“Trust, let go and let Love. Breathe. Decide that this is a good day, and it is so. Everything is by decision. You always have only two real choices and that is to decide which mind you are listening to and following–your Higher Mind, where the Holy Spirit abides, or the seeming lower mind of the ego. Make up your mind how you want to feel. You made up all of your reactions, and being the maker of your reactions, you are fully capable of changing your mind, and to make a different decision. You do not need to abide by your previous decisions. You can say to yourself, “This situation that I see with my physical eyes tends to kick up these reactions. Being the mind, I do not have to keep choosing those reactions! I can choose peace over conflict, forgiveness over blame. I am not an ego, but Spirit.” Spirit is neutral. Keep this in mind as you go about your day, using each moment to clear yourself of your previous decisions each time one pops up. Be not the judge, but turn instead to the Holy Spirit.
