Some of you may have noticed that fear is showing itself more frequently than before. Fear can present itself as a great motivator, pushing you to do things out of the ordinary. It can test your faith in humankind and may be challenging to eradicate once it is established.

“Remember how we have said that you are not your thoughts, nor are you your emotions, nor your reactions. Well, this is a reminder for you to begin again to question and inquire about your long time, habitual thoughts. These are thoughts you have let run rampant in your mind without checking them by how you feel. You are a mind and not a body, so you do have the wherewithal to change your mind when a thought does not feel okay. Remember, also, there are only two emotions, in Truth: fear or love, and all the ways these present.
