“Look upon yourself, your life, and experience without judgment. Pay attention to whom you are looking WITH–is it the Holy Spirit or the ego? You can tell by how you feel. Decide first by how you WANT to feel. If you are looking with the Holy Spirit you feel peace, certainty, a clarity and gentleness. If you are looking with the ego, you will have feelings of despair, of loneliness, of harshness in some way. If you find you have chosen the wrong guide (the ego), forgive yourself and choose again. Let go of feelings of guilt, remembering you are innocent forever. Allow the love that you are flow through you, extending love to all. Let go of anything that comes up in your mind that speaks not of love. Dear one, you are blessed and loved eternally. Truth is in you. Move toward Truth and extend forgiveness to all.
