土曜日（7月2日）、英国ミルトン・キーンズ・ボウルで行なわれたフー・ファイターズのライヴにクイーンのロジャー・テイラー、アリス・クーパー、Husker Duのボブ・モールドらがゲスト出演。
ロジャー・テイラーは、フー・ファイターズのドラマー、テイラー・ホーキンスがリード・ヴォーカルを取る「Cold Day In The Sun」でドラムをプレイ。モールドは「Dear Rosemary」でジョイン。アリス・クーパーはアンコールで登場し、彼の1970年代のヒット曲である「School's Out」「I'm Eighteen」を歌った。
フー・ファイターズは6万5,000人収容のミルトン・キーンズ・ボウルで2日間公演（7月2、3日）。

ギグに先立ち、フロントマンのデイヴ・グロールは「メガだ、超ビッグなものになる！」「自分達がスタジアムでプレイするなるなんて思ってもいなかったが、もうそれには慣れちまった」「フェスティヴァルをやってやる」と話していた。英国でのフー・ファイターズの人気はメガだ。
Legendary rocker Alice Cooper joined the FOO FIGHTERS on stage yesterday (Saturday, July 2) in front of 65,000 people at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom to perform two of his hits — "Schools Out" and "I'm 18".
"If it wasn't for this next person, Pat Smear [FOO FIGHTERS guitarist] would never have bought a guitar in his life," FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl told the crowd as he introduced Cooper. "Say hello to one of our heroes — Mr. Alice fucking Cooper!"
