The Game Naps with His Sneakers
You gotta hand it to any celebrity who can prove that their collection goes beyond just the standard Nike/Jordan retro fare. The Game has definitely done that with this flick, which features him strangely taking a nap amongst what appears to be a gang of recent pick ups. They aren't the same as theoverpopulated Jordans that you see everybody and their momma wearing. When I think of a hypebeast, I think of some dude who's wearing the Js he just bought the day of because he has few others and just started coppin em b/c he saw some rapper wearin em. After seeing that a few hundred times, I decided to have 1-2 week holding period, so I'm not wearing the same shoes as these jokers. Some of the collabs that just came out by NB/Asics are straight ugly, but so are some of the new colorways of Js and nikes, as http://airamricaol.weblog.discapnet.es/ well as the new designs. Nike and Jordan basically had to start retroing the classics b/c their current designers can't hold a light to Tinker Hatfield. I don't care what anyone says, the bodega x New balance hyprcats are crazy, and the star fox backstory is why that crazy works. It's nice to know you won't be seen wearin the same shoes as 500 high-schoolers.
