今日もゲストは全くいません。
外出制限が無いだけマシですが、Lockdownだった時と同じ状況です。
There are no guests today either. It's better as there are no restrictions on going out, but the situation is the same as when it was Lockdown.

モアルボアルの町へ行ってきました。
町役場は水道料金の支払いをする人で混雑していましたが、ツーリストオフィスには誰もいませんでした。
I went to the town of Moalboal. Municipal hall was crowded with people paying for water, but there was no one in the tourist office.
外出している人はそれなりでしたが、交通量は少なめでした。
People who went out were reasonable, but the traffic was light.
セブ市では、不要不急の外出を控え在宅するように呼びかけていますが、屋外での活動(サイクリングやジョギング)を禁止するみたいです。
これでストレスが溜まり、コロナ以外の病気になる人が増加しそうな気がします。
モアルボアルは制限が強化された一般的なコミュニティ隔離措置(GCQ) なので外出の制限は無く、サイクリングやジョギングは自由にできます。
更に子供達の検疫違反が多いみたいで、親や保護者に子供達の監視の強化を促しています。
未成年者が検疫違反で拘束された場合、親か保護者が罰金を支払うか奉仕作業をしなければいけないみたいです。
