《シャンプーが好き》
私はシャンプーするのが好きである！
と言っても、家での自分のはほんの1分もやってないが、お客様のシャンプーするのが大好きなんだと今日再度実感した！
というのも、どの業種にもいらっしゃるとお思うけど少しこだわりが強いお客さまが世の中にはいらっしゃる。
今日いらした方は、シャンプーにこだわりあるお方。
お客様側のシャンプーのこだわりあるあるでいうと！
・シャンプーの強さはお客様の好みにあっているのか
・隅々までしっかり洗えてるのか
・流し足りないところかないか、痛くないか、洗い残しがないかの気遣いチャンと出来ているか
・首の位置確認は出来ているのか、だんだん痛くなってるの気づいてるのか
などなど、上げればキリがない…
今日の方はまず、うちにあるシャンプー台の形が慣れないからアンマリ好きじゃない…と最初からハードル高し！
ただ、今日その方は私のシャンプーで寝てくれた！寝息までたってた！ イェーイ😄
こだわりがある方だったからこそ、今まで16年間美容師やって5本の指に入るくらい嬉しかった！🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌😊😊😊😊😊
違うお客様にある日言われた。
『みゆきさんがシャンプーやってくれるんですか？』って
『手荒れしたくないとかないんですか』？って
昔シャンプーしかしてない頃手荒れが酷かった。腕の方まで荒れてた。
でも不思議と嫌じゃなかった。
むしろ好きな仕事やって出来た職業病
嬉しかった。
(どんだけMなんだってことはおいといて 笑)
今は幸いそんなに荒れるほどではないが、お世辞にも綺麗な手ではない(女子力低めですいません…😝)
できない時ももちろんあるけど、
私はシャンプーするのが好きである！
力加減、声掛けのタイミング、シャンプーのリズム、ネープの洗い方、フェイスラインの洗い方、耳には絶対水入れない！などなど。
数分のことだし、カットやカラーとは違い髪型が変わるわけでもないメニューだけど、こだわりたい。
その方にあったシャンプーをしたい。
そして、お客様が寝ちゃったら心の中でこっそりガッツポーズである！
最近ふと思い浮かんだ言葉
“私、髪と会話してる”
この言葉がすごくしっくりきた
少し恥ずかしいけど、私は髪と会話してる気がする！
っていうか、会話してる♪
今日一番のgratitude😄
I love doing shampoo.
It means not for myself , it's for customers. I realized I love shampoo today again.
There are many customer who criticize something everywhere.
Today I had one customer who was like this about shampoo.
She has many things how wash.
For example, washing pressure is ok?, enough wash?, enough rinse?, neck position is ok? how worry about her and so on...
Then she doesn't like our shampoo chair first. because it's not going to be flat.
then she wants high quality hospitality.
But she ended up to fall asleep, and heard her sleeping breathing
I was very very happy in last 16 years hairdresser life.
It would be ranking number 5.
the other day, another customer told me "Will you wash my hair today?" when I was trying to do it.
and "Don't you like to chap your hands?"
long time ago when I was assistant, my hands condition was so bad even around my arms...
but I couldn't hate my job. Because I love my job and didn't mind how much I get chapped.
Now my hands are not so bad bad, but not very very beautiful.
Sometime I can't do shampoo by having other customers.
But I love shampooing .
Actually shampooing doesn't take long time and doesn't change your hair style and shape.
But I want to do it.
I want to do suitable shampoo how they need and want me for each customer.
then during shampoo, if they fall asleep, I give me a huge thumbs up
Recently I realized, "I may be talking to hair" when I'm washing
This phrase really match with me.
I think I'm talking, yes I do.
This story is my best gratitude today.
