Day3 STRETCH & TONE #58
Workout Breakdown
1. Locust / upward dog / downward dog / tailbone lift to down dog (x5) / dancer’s stretch on each side X 4
2. Laying Ballerina hip raise abd. x 20 / abds. x 20 / seated forward bend
3. Air lunge / front leg extension x 8/8
4. Laying Ballerina hip raise abd. x 20 / abds. x 20 / seated forward bend
5. Standing forward bend / hip wiggle / Ballerina chair squat abd. / straight back stand up x 5
6. Laying Hip raise abd. x 20 / abds. x 20 / seated forward bend
7. Laying spine twist
The last two days required our focus to be sharp and intense. Now it's time to soften and relax. Enjoy this recovery day; your body needs the rest, as well as your mind. Trust me, it's easy to go all out and work out intensely on these days, but letting go is equally as important as staying strong. In fact, you get stronger the more you allow yourself to lighten up and relax as needed. That way, you can get right back into more intense training refreshed and prepared.
