Let me tell you about culture shock!!
There are many different things between America and Japan.
First, in Japan, if we had wrote correct answer, our teacher enclose a circle.
But American teachers don't enclose a circle. They mark a like √(this mark)!!
You know this mark means not correct in Japan,so I think my answer all isn't correct when I saw this mark at first!!! 8(
Second,although dead of winter,some people are wearing a short sleeved! especially young people!
I can't believe it!8(((
Aren't they feeling cold!?!?
I thought it is really strange;(
Third,we had to clean up my classroom or stairs or bathroom when we are elementary school,junior high school and high school students.
We had "clean up time",right? It is very common in Japan.
All students had to clean up their classroom everyday.:)
But Brenda said "Cleaning up in classroom is punish from teacher."
I was sooo surprised!!!!!!! punishment!?!? unbelievable !!!!!
