今まで教わってきたこと、学んできたことを忘れて考えてみてください。
自分の良心と対話しながら想像してみてください。
大きな愛と深い慈悲を土台に想像してみてください。

身贔屓が、入るからです。
何か対立がある場面になると、自分は正しくて相手は間違っていると思いがちだからです。
自分が正しいと思うことをすることで、他人が受けるダメージを正当に評価できないからです。
第三者の視点で自分を見る訓練をしましょう！
違う価値観の人の視点で自分を見る訓練をしましょう！
他人の気持ちを想像することで、優しさが磨かれていきます。

Practice seeing yourself from the perspective of someone who has different values!
Imagining how other people feel will help you hone your kindness.
