何か対立がある場面になると、自分は正しくて相手は間違っていると思いがちだからです。

自分が正しいと思うことをすることで、他人が受けるダメージを正当に評価できないからです。

他人の気持ちを想像することで、優しさが磨かれていきます。

This is because it leads to favoritism.

When there is conflict, we tend to think that we are right and the other person is wrong.

This is because we are unable to properly appreciate the damage that doing what we believe to be right causes to others.

Practice seeing yourself from the perspective of someone who has different values!

Imagining how other people feel will help you hone your kindness.
