器と表現してもいいでしょう。

器だとしたら、何で満たすかで価値が変わってきます。

器にヘドロのような汚いものを入れるのか？

器に、美味しいご飯を入れるのか？

それによって、器の働き、価値は大きく違ってきます。

先にヘドロを入れてしまったら、その器に対してどういう印象を持つでしょうか？

使いたくないですよね。

なら、最初からご飯やご馳走を入れましょう！

ヘドロは、不平・不満・怒り・嫉妬といった感情です。

ご飯やご馳走は、愛や思いやり、感謝といった感情です。

まず。最初に何を入れるかなんです。

最初に何か入っていれば、後からは器を占拠するような量で違うものは入れません。

だから、毎朝、まず、心という器に愛や思いやり、感謝といった感情を入れましょう！

そうなる記憶を活用しましょう！

You could describe it as a vessel.

If it is a vessel, its value changes depending on what you fill it with.

Would you put something dirty like sludge in it?

Would you put delicious rice in it?

The function and value of the vessel will change dramatically depending on what you fill it with.

How would you feel about that vessel if you filled it with sludge first?

You wouldn't want to use it, right?

So, fill it with rice or a delicious meal from the start!

Sludge represents emotions like complaints, dissatisfaction, anger, and jealousy.

Rice and delicious food represent emotions like love, compassion, and gratitude.

First, what do you put in it first? If there is something in the container at the beginning, you won't put anything else in later that would take over the container.

So, first thing every morning, fill the container of your heart with feelings of love, compassion, and gratitude!
