「もうダメ！」

「むう無理！」

と思う状況は、それまでの自分の常識・生き方を見直すチャンスです。

今持っている常識・生き方では、うまくいかないということを教えてくれているのです。

This is because inside the shell is a safe zone where no trouble will come.
It may be easy, but you won't grow much if you live like that.
You could even say that you don't have an opportunity to hone your soul!
On the contrary, situations that make you think,
"I can't do this!"
"No way!"
are a chance to reexamine your common sense and way of life up to that point.
They are telling you that your current common sense and way of life won't work.

It's a chance to realize that breaking out of your shell and shedding your skin will open up new paths.
