肉体をもって生きる以上、欲は必要です。

食欲、性欲、睡眠欲、名誉欲、発展欲、得したい欲、楽したい欲…etc

欲は、神さまがわれわれに与えたものですから、その存在を否定する必要はありません。

ただ、その欲がもたらす未来の方向性を見極めておくことは大切です。

欲の中には、大きくなりすぎたり、使い方を誤ると魂を汚し、自らの人生を失敗に導くものが多いからです。

欲を魂を磨く方向で使いましょう！

魂を磨く方向に欲をコントロールしましょう！

例えば、食物となってくれたものの幸せを祈りながら食べるとか

作ってくれた人の幸せを祈りながら食べるとか

一緒にいる人の幸せを祈りながら食べるとか

です。

我欲を満たすだけにむさぼり食べるようなことはやめましょう！

お金を得ようとする時は、このお金を使って、社会がより良くなるような使い方をすると願いましょう！

性欲を満たすときも、愛と調和と充足の波動を宇宙に届けよう！と祈りましょう！

欲は使い方が大切と知り、実践しましょう！

As long as we live with a physical body, we need desires.
Appetite, sex, sleep, fame, development, gain, and enjoyment...etc.
Desires are given to us by God, so there is no need to deny their existence.
However, it is important to identify the direction of the future that each desire will bring.
Many desires can taint the soul and lead one's life to failure if they grow too large or are used incorrectly.

Use your desires in a way that refines the soul!
Control your desires in a way that refines the soul!
For example, you could eat while praying for the happiness of the food that became your food,
eat while praying for the happiness of the person who made it, or
eat while praying for the happiness of the people you are with.
Let's not gorge ourselves on things just to satisfy our selfish desires!
When we try to acquire money, let's pray that we will use it in a way that will make society a better place!
When we satisfy our sexual desires, let's pray that we will send vibrations of love, harmony, and fulfillment into the universe!
Let's know that how we use our desires is important, and put it into practice!
