それは、それで仕方ないことです。

一方、実は、自己中では、うまく生きていけないという皮肉な事実もあります。

人は、一人では生きていけないからです。

人はみな誰かのおかげで生きているのです。

赤ちゃんは、親や育ててくれる人がいないと生きていけません。

大人になっても一人では生きていけません。

誰かが作った農作物や肉類などがないと生きていけません。

こうした周りからの恩恵に感謝していますか？

感謝を実践する意味で、他人中心の割合を増やしていきましょう！

自己中対他人中心の割合を、０対１００から１０対９０、２０対８０、

３０対７０と増やしていきましょう！

周り中心に生きる部分が大きいからこそ、気づけることがあります。

そして、そのことがあなたの魂を高めてくれるのです。

We can't live without crops and meat that someone else has grown.
