今、やらなきゃいけない仕事があるとします。

あなたは、指示されたことを、淡々と実施しているでしょうか？

指示を達成することに集中していると思います。

上司の指示どおりやったとしても、立場も違う、価値観も別人格ですから１００点はとれません。

完璧に仕上げたつもりでも、８０点と評価されるのが精一杯でしょう。

でも、ここで、自分なりに工夫を加えたらどうでしょうか？

指示者の立場やもっと上の人の立場を想像しながら、愛や思いやりに基づいた工夫を追加したらどうでしょう！

１００点どころか、１１０点。１２０点と評価されることもあるでしょう！

小さなことでいいから、愛や思いやりに基づいた工夫を追加することを習慣にしましよう！

Let's say you have work to do right now.

Are you calmly carrying out the instructions you are given?

I think you are concentrating on completing the instructions.

Even if you do what your boss tells you to do, you won't get 100 points because you are in a different position and have a different set of values.

Even if you think you have done it perfectly, the best you can do is get an 80 points evaluation.

But what if you add your own ingenuity here?

What if you add some ingenuity based on love and compassion while imagining the position of the person who gave you instructions or someone higher up!
