生まれた瞬間から、1日１日「死」に近づきながら生きているのです。

逃れられない宿命なのに、多くの人は『死』を恐れながら生きています。

やがてやってくる「死」というものを、与えられた身体を大切にし「生」の時間を充実させることにつなげるべきなのです。

しかし、多くの人が、逆に「生」の価値を損い、短くする罠にはまっています。

「死」を恐れることで、「生」への集中力、「生」を楽しむ力を削いでいます。

もったいないことです。

死ぬのは当たり前と悟り、恐れるのは止めましょう！

少なくとも、恐れる時間を限りなく少なくしましょう！。

逆に「生」を充実させる工夫をしましょう！

「死」がやってくるのは当たり前ですが、「生」がある時間は限られているのです。

「生」に集中しましょう！

この宇宙空間の中で肉体を持って存在している時間はほんのわずかです。

奇跡の時間なのです。

奇跡の時間が終われば、波長だけの時間が、永遠に続くのです。

「生」という奇跡の機会を味わい尽くしましょう！
