Oftentimes malicious, #treasonous, or ill-bred third parties can bribe, coerce, or otherwise cause a USA congressperson, state representative, or local council-men, Mayors, or city managers, to inject costly, unjust, and damaging "#earmarks" into #congressional, state, and local #bills or #legislation.
An #earmark is a stipulation, allocation, or implementation, sometimes, wasteful or harmful, and sometimes #unconstitutional, that is tagged onto a congressional bill. Earmarks often go #undetected, as they are hidden in bills that are several thousands of pages long and cannot be ‘deleted.’ Rather, the entire bill must be rejected, stagnating the process.

Congressional Earmarks have destroyed the international political structure, and the culprits are a church-based enterprise with a presence in 181 countries. The Upper-echelons of the church of jesus christ of latter-day saints have devised an earmarking system that will allow it to legislate mormon theology as the law of the land. It must first get rid on people that it deems to be non-conformaists. Those people are the targeted individuals.
