I make a lunch ( OBENTO) for my husband this week.
I have not done this for a long time!
Now he started to work at a new office, he would like to take a lunch from home.
Today's menu is potato salad (potato, cucumber, onion, carrot), chiken hamburg with Gobo (burdock) and carrot, Onigiri of Okaka (dried bonito) and Umeboshi (pickled plum), boiled egg, and kiwi for dessert.
I would like to continue doing this for his health.
It is kind of fun and I actually enjoy thinking about menu of Obento.
