実際弾いてみればわかるけど、結構難しいと思います。素早いコードチェンジ、正確なオルタネイトピッキング、シンコペーション(空ピック)が要求されるフレーズです。

It's harder to play that funk guitar more than you expect.
You'd need decent skills of quick chord change, alternate picking and syncopation for playing it.
