Morning from Taiwan!
今朝は台湾に到着！乗り換えで、今からロンドンに行ってきまーす！親友の結婚式に行きまーす！
相変わらず。毎回同じように飛行機乗る前まで、ギリギリ仕事をやってました！
新しいお客様は大事に！と、いう思いと、自分達会社に力を入れてくためにも、ここ毎日忙しいです！
昨日は日本の抹茶、産地わけ、火入れわけ、などでテースティングとエジュケーションもしてきました！コーヒーと似て、お茶も季節、産地、火入れの強さなどで全然味が変わってきます！こういう、テースティングをしながらお客さんには好んでもらった抹茶やお茶などを選んでもらっているんです！
お客さんに対してもこうしたエジュケーションをやることで、新しいことを学んでいただいて、味わって、自身を持って、自分達のお店などに日本抹茶やお茶を出していただいてるんです！
こういうエジュケーション、学ぶというのは大事ですよね！日本茶って面白いですよ！みなさんも飲み比べしてみてくださいね(^^)
Morning from Taiwan!
Just a quick stop over as I’m flying to London this time for a friend’s wedding!
As usual, til the very last minute, was busy working. Went to a new client and did education and tasting sessions of all of our current matchas.
All matcha and green tea is different. It’s very similar to coffee, we separate the teas according to harvest season, region of origin, and roasting times.
We educate all our clients with this and allow them to choose which flavour they like best. It’s important for clients to be confident in their product to sell onto the end customers in their cafes and restaurants.
Having done this business the last 3 years, tea is such an interesting product, it’s delicateness, appreciation and culture.
Hopefully you guys can do a tasting session some time!
