lhut32インストール済みだが、
関連付けが無い場合、以下から

をダウンロード。
ダウンロードファイルを実行すれば、
次から、lhut32でZIPが解凍できる。
★UNZIP32.DLLはDLLのみなので、そのままでは実行不可。（33でDL）
圧縮データの取り出しは
bandizip x -y 20230815.zip 20230815/Z__C_RJTD_20230815000000_LFM_GPV_Rjp_Lsurf_FH0000_grib2.bin
で可能（CMD,cygwinとも可）。ただし、解凍窓が起動する。←-yオプションで、自動で閉じる。
