IFPI（国際レコード産業連盟）は、嵐の『5×20 All the BEST!! 1999-2019』が、2019年に世界で最も売れたアルバムに贈られる「Global Album of 2019」を受賞したと発表いたしました。
IFPIのCEOであるFrances Moore氏は、「嵐は日本を象徴するボーイズ・グループで、20年間の音楽活動を通じてアジア全域に巨大で熱狂的なファン層を築いてきた。彼らの驚異的な売上を誇る作品群と長いキャリアの証として、嵐の本賞の受賞を祝福したい。」と述べた。
