I moved to second hostfamily Tamura’s house on 1/9!!😊🏠
Even I moved to next host family, Wright family and I still live close by, like 5 minutes by car, I can visit them and can meet through Girl scouts, also the place we are waiting car is same spot, so it is not that farewell thing😌
One day before,1/8 Wright family and I went out to eat breakfast and to go bowling!
That was our first time to eat breakfast in the restaurant with them.😋
And I found out interesting thing, which is Omerice(オムライス) is from Japan!!!!
Since I came America I didn’t see it, so I really wanted to eat, but it wasn’t on the menu, so I asked waitress and she said “ What is Omerice?” 🙄
So I explained, and we talked
“ Tomato sauce to rice!? You use ketchup for everything!! There’s ketchup, so you can just order omelet and rice, and just put ketchup!"😂😂
“ That’s true, I guess it workes!!”
After all, the restaurant didn’t have rice, so I ate omelet with hash brown, which was really tasty!
They had many kinds of Omelet.
Then, we went to bowling!!🎳
Their bowling alley had bar in it! Carrie told me it is normal in America.
And I remenber that was same in Canada!
First game, Abby did great job! That was har best score and I lost Steve by one score..😫
And Second game, I killed all of my spare and strike..😱
We all did really bad, but that was fun!!!🤗
After that, we went to grocery store, and saw amazon locker, which people use to keep their ordered thing in.
In America, postmen don’t ring house’s bell, and just leave the stuff outside, so it’s easy to steal it!😳
That is why amazon made locker in some grosary stores.
Then, we came back to home and I played mario brothers with Abby
That was really fun!!!😍
For the dinner, antie Mae and Chyna came and we enjoyed Carrie’s dinner and It’s it!!😍😍
The day was all day raining, but that was bright and wonderful day!!!!
I tried not to, but I cried.. 😭
First month, I was worried about Abby and Steve’s grumpy part, 😅because I thought that is because of me, so we started to know each other, and I was talking a lot with Carrie.
Oh, it took like 5 days to open their fridge! 😆
Even though they told me “ Help yourself at home” I haven’t done opening other people’s fridge before except my family’s, so that was my first try and I guess second was washing clothes, which is different from Japanese one. They use two machines to wash and to dry and they separate their clothes by color so they can wash using different temperatur’s water to each.
After 3 months, we got to know each other I learned their customs, characters of them and house rule which include how to make punch, where these dishes goes..etc and, we started to tell joke each others which were kind of mean.😁👍🏻
Last two months were way more fun!!
Joke around and had so many parties, so I met almost all family members and they were also funny and respectable people❣️😍
I still miss them so much..
Thank you very much for spending time and taking care with me for five months!!!!!!!!!!
