the audience define the popularity.

After watching this video, Joe said
Japan is more vulnerable to create contents than other countries. 
It has already made participants for creating videos.

He defined "Golden Circle", its center is "why" and surrounded "how" then "what".
People are attracted by as much "why" as "what".

He held Apple up as an example.
Apple doesn't mention 'what' function the devices have or 'how' interesting they can, 
but highlight 'why' people should use them.
They tell people "Do you want to be a ~~ man? That's reason why we recommend you this device!"
The goal to business is to do business with people who believe what you believe.

He took the difference between the Wright brothers and Samuel Pierpont Langly.
The former thought why they wanted to invent a plane, worked with people they believe, ended up succeeding.
The latter pursued what they invented first in the world and how rich they became.

At the end of this talk, the speaker says,
It's those who start with "why" that have the ability to inspire those around them or find others who inspire them.

I'd like to a sophisticated person who always think 'why' things do well.
