今日は2時半からスイム。
現在はキックの練習ばかり。
この前工藤さんから、アドバイスされた。山下さんからも同じことを言われました。
辰井コーチからも同じようなことを言われています。
腕を使わないで、足だけの時は旨くキックが出来ているが、腕を使うと脚が開く。
これを集中的に修正しなければなりません。
その方法を工藤さんが教えてくれました。
自分の足を見ながらキックをするのです。
頭を下に曲げて、下から足の動きを見上げながら泳ぐのです。
これは最高のチェックの仕方です。
今日はこればかり徹底的に練習しました。
さてオンライン英会話は2日ぶりにイービー先生です。
ファームは今日で終わりました。
彼女はいつも私にサマリーを書くように要求し手いました。
これが彼女のいつもの宿題です。
彼女は home work とは言わずに、assignment と言います。
今日は、私は彼女に、ブログにファームのレビュウーを書くように命じられました。

The following is my review of the Firm. by Grisham.
This novel belongs to the genre of the suspense novel and already filmed with Tom Cruise, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Gene Hackman.
A young rooky tax lawyer, whose name is Mitchel MacDeere, from Harvard joined a prestigious firm in Menphis, Tenessee.
Unluckily, the firm was a criminal group.
The firm paid extraordinary much amount of money to all employee to prevent leak of irregal money laundering through the banks in the Grand Cayman islands.
Mitch happened to get the information about the sinister and irregal activity of the firm.
The fact that the owners had tie with mafia was important for Mitch.
After all, he decided to quit this criminal firm, escape the accomplice dodgng mafia, bring out the confidencial documents of the firm and give these documents to FBI as the evidence of crime.
I prefer The Client rather than The Firm, but it was really much entertaining..
