12/22/04 -- GraduallyI've come to the conclusion that I have to face the reality, the reality that nothing comes out of it. 12/22/04 -- Final ExamYup, I'll be done with my semester tonight. I'll have a psychology final night and will be free from school. YAY! I think I've prepared enough so I'm not worried about this exam. I still have my full-time job, but at least I have no school for a while. And, I'll go to Japan and Taiwan. I'm excited. I can meet up my friends there. 12/19/04 – Christmas PartyMy co-worker held a Christmas party at her house. There was a nicely decorated Christmas tree, candle lights, Christmas lights and ornaments, such feast and MAHJONG TABLE!!! Why mahjong all day long at the Christmas party?? Well… I guess with the members gathered there, we can’t help playing mahjong after all. With the usual “mahjong comrade” and THEIR KIDS, we played mahjong, taking turns. The first 2 times, I won. YAY, but then I lost really bad, so I was sulky and wanted to take a break from it, but I couldn’t because of the rule – the only 2nd 3rd players are out. My co-worker made such a feast. We had a “sushi-roll” party, which you wrap whatever ingredients such as eggs, avocado, raw fish, cooked shrimp, etc.. with seaweed padded with rice lightly. What amazing was the ingredients she prepared. All yummy looking, fresh fish and others that I can seldom eat. So we took a break from playing mahjong and eat to our content. It was such a feast like I mentioned, but I couldn’t eat much mainly because I was so pissed off from losing the game. I really hate losing and get furious when losing. I’m usually a cheerful and talkative person, but when mad, I stop talking. I was like that today (so they said). I didn’t think I was acting like that at all, but I guess I just can’t fool people well after all. I just met some of them the day before yesterday and they thought I was a “happy camper”, but oh, no, they thought twice about me and decided that I’m the “competitive one”. Anyway, I played 6 games and won 2 times, 2nd place 2 times and lost bad 2 times. I was supposed to meet up one guy I dated a while ago, the older-than-me guy, for coffee or something in the afternoon, but he ditched. I usually get irritated when someone just ditches me, but I didn’t this time because I really didn’t care. He said he’d call me once and didn’t call me on that day. He later called me but I was very indifferent towards him. He asked me to have coffee together this afternoon, but I didn’t take it serious. He later called me and apologized, but I gave him a clear answer that I don’t even date with freaks. Anyway, I shouldn’t judge people by their profession, but I don’t think I want to go out with a guy who juggles 2 jobs to make his ends meet. So, he’s out. My co-worker and her friends I got to know through her brought their kids to the party. So there were more than 20 Japanese and Japanese Americans at my co-worker’s house. 12/18/04 – HangoverYup, I got hangover, sooooooo bad. I was supposed to go to a party with my buddy H, but I couldn’t. I was knocked out and in bed almost all day. It was such a nasty feeling!! I dozed off almost all day till my friend called me up around 11 pm! Oh, well… it was a bummer but we all have a day like this. I had so much fun last night even though I lost Mahjong so bad… 12/17/04 – DrunkFriends and I played Mahjong all through the night. While playing mahjong, I drunk more and more. I don’t usually get drunk that much, but tonight I drunk so much like there was something I want to forget about. I don’t remember much about what I said but they told me I was cursing all night in English (all of my friends are Japanese!). I just remember having fun. As I start getting drunk, I talk and drink more and more. After all, I’m a Japanese guy. Japanese guys love drinking and get drunk… Let’s get drunk and have fun with me! I bet you can have fun together… 12/15/04 -- Nice offer...Dear my friend in Taipei offered to me that he'd pick me up at the airport on Jan. 7th. I'll supposedly arrive in Taipie around 3 o4 4 pm, so I didn't expect anyone to pick me up there and took it for granted that I'd go to Taipei from the airport by myself. So, I truly appreciate his offer. Also another friend kindly let me stay at his place while I'm in Taipei. He told me he'd take me all around Taipei since this is my first time. I'm also grateful to have a friend like him, too. I couldn't do much while he was in San Francisco in November. I wish I could have done more for him... Well next time! I'll do more for him for his next visit here to SF.Anyway, I'm very glad to have friends like them. They are both very precious guys for me. I wouldn't be upset even if they say they can't do anything for me while I'm there. Their thoughts just counts.I'm glad to know that I'm good enough for them to make time for me while I'm in Taipei. Thanks guys! I'm sure who I'm talking about, right, guys? 12/14/04 -- Hmm… After all, I can’t??While studying at a “famous” café among gays yesterday, I met this guy. We hit if off and were going to meet again today. So I did this afternoon. We both got hot and bothered while talking with him yesterday, so it was clear what we wanted, a casual encounter. We were making out a bit but suddenly I stopped. Something hit me – “Is this really what I want????” and he started kiss my neck and I got turned on again. UGH… Am I bad?? 12/14/04I must be infatuated...All I can do now is wait. Waiting is so passive and I hate being in a passive position where I have no control over stuff. I’m not such an aggressor, but I’m an assertive guy. 12/14/04I'm still waiting...??What am I waiting for?? I really don't know what "IT" is. Maybe I do know what it is... Do I want to know? Or Do I NOT? But I don't want him to keep me hanging on like this.... But my situation isn't as bad as I said it is. ***************************** Oh, recently I keep meeting people somehow. I appreciate others' wanting to meet me and get closer to me. Yet, no one can be as sweet and cute as him. That's frustrating... 12/13/04Either this or that....You know what I mean… I’m waiting. It might not happen, but I’d take it as a clue if it doesn’t happen. A challenge....Today, I had a haircut this morning. I like my short hair a lot and hope he does too. :)Then I went to Clement st. to buy some stuff for "hot pot party" tonight. I only have two sets of dishes, silverware, chopsticks, etc... Since I don't actually live in the city (just outside of the city), "I" tend to go visit friends' places in SF. Tonight, I had to hold this party so I needed to prepare some things. It was quite fun looking around dishes and other tiny things such as napkins on Clement st. While shopping, another friend called me up and we decided to have lunch there. I had to kill 90 minutes till he got there, I just went into GAP. Little did I know, I had down jacket and scarf on my hand paid at a casher. HAHA! I just blame my friend on this expense at GAP since I HAD TO kill time for him.We had lunch at a Singaporean-Malay restaurant and it was quite good. Then we went to Chinese DVD/VCD places and a cafe to chat later on.I had to pick up some of my friends on my way back home from the City and then we all went grocery shopping. We bought too much food (I KNEW THAT!!) and then we had that hot pot together. Oh god... We played SCRIBBLE, which I really hate since my English ISN'T as good as others... So I got a bit bothered when I knew I lost bad... Then wen went out for dessert at a Hong Kong Style cafe. It was a nice and fun day togay. I wish I could have talked with you today... It's been a while since I chatted with you last... Hope you're doing fine over there. As mentioned yesterday, I've been just figuring out how he thinks about me, how much he likes me. If it didn't seem like not going anywhere, I'd have to think more about it..... but now I've deided to play it by ear.... Miss you.Hope you think of me often... 12/12/04 実は試していることがある。。それは頼んでおいたことを奴がちゃんと実行するかどうかである。奴の出方を見てから決めようとしている事がある。覚えているだろうか、俺との約束を。I hope he remembers that.... If he remembers that promise and acts accordingly.... Because I did NOT ask him strongly about it, he might have forgotten it by now. If he'd forgotten about it, I'll leave him for another guy.... If only he wouldn't let me down. Had a date tonight....As planned, my friend set up a date for me. We were supposed to meet up around 7 pm, but my friend called me to be late. So my friend and this guy picked me up at my place around 8:15 pm.I was starving by the time they picked me up!! So we headed for Japan town for dinner. We had Japanese noodle, RAMEN, at Tampopo noodle place. Then we went to Castro (the gay area in SF) for coffee and chat. We went to Cafe Flora, which is a famous cafe for gays, which I don't really like because I keep myself "low profile". Anyway, we all went there and had coffee outside. It was a cold day but nice being outside. Air gets fresh when it's cold, right? I didn't know that a friend of mine's friend now has a part-time job there. I'm sure he gets hit on by guys because he's a cute Thai boy!! Haha!!! I gave him a hug and chatted a bit and he went back to work.So how did it go???? Hmmmm.... I don't know what to say.. Like I noted before, he's a nice guy as I remember what he was. He's nice and all. It's definitely not like "love at first sight", which, by the way, is not how I fall in love with someone, anyway. He's good enough, I have to say. Obviously he showed some interest in me, which is good. He said I was cute and had a good caring personality... He's a very straight forward guy - more straight forward than I am...Yet, I still like this guy a lot more who lives far way. UGH, DAISUKI.....DAISUKI... (*sigh*) Love hurts.I tend to be attracted to a guy who - is definitely younger than me- is shy (shyness drives me crazy!)- is shorter than me(or as tall as me)- has boyish look- has nice, shy smile- has cute personality- has cute voiceThe guy I was introduced tonight was totally oposite. He's older, very outgoing, taller(by 3 inches!), handsome look, nice smile but not the shy one and manly voice... In spite of these qualities he has, I still think he's a good guy - a guy I could possibly have a relationship with if I didn't have anyone in my heart. We exchanged phone numbers and will meet each other alone again next weekend sine we're both busy. I'll just play it by ear - just go with the flow. I just with you just lived close... because I definitely know I like you so much..... SIGH....
