Tea time
No ~ I'm not out of the office ! I'm sitting here in
the office and this is just a memory pop out in
my mind ! ( boss is here today ~ ) Now we are having
a tea break with French Marriage Tea called " WEDDING
IMPERIAL " of course with cookies. I'm much of a coffee
freak but once in a while tea is good too - try !

Good day to start ! this 銀杏 (a ginkgo ) seems to be more than 100 years old
(I think ?) standing up straight wearing nice yellow outfit in the groud of 鶴岡八幡宮
Tsuruoka-Hachiman.

Sure was windy early this morning, many leaves were scattered
by this but was't that cold ( weather forcats said it's going to be
19C till early after noon but ~ ) but from tonight will be ! So if your
planning to go out and come back late tonight please do take one
extra jacket with you, ok ? had to work.
Last night
Looks delicious doesn't it !? day before yesterday we had a party and
friend of mine brought more than 60 fresh oysters with him, of course
we had fresh (raw) that night, cooked oyster in boiled rise(炊込み御飯）
the next day, and last night deep fried oyster, one of popular Japanese
dish~sure was DELICIOUS ! oh ! forgot to tell you but also had one of my
favorite soup ! a lens pea(bean) soup !! Thanks for the tasteful dinner boss!!
Still thinking of ~
~ good memories when I rode Ariz. on Harley but ....
in reality sitting in the office, " want to go for a ride boss !! "

What a day for a ride ( ~ just recalling the memory ~ )
but had to go to the office ~ 頑張るぞ。

Do you know 『 土鍋 』 ？ Donabe is a pot made out of mud, earthenware, a china.
In Japanese cuisine we use this pot a lot to prepare nice and warm food and family
will sits around this and have a dinner & chat.
To nights dinner was 牡蠣鍋ご飯（boild rice with oyster) delicious !
What's for dinner ?
