Yesterday was my day off and sure was a nice day, had to go to the post office
then walked for few hours ( ...since I only walk for 60 steps to work ..)any way
did some work at home and played with my cats, and did not ride on my H-D
yesterday ~ but had a nice relaxing day. Too bad " Boss had to go to work in Edo "
Dinner time !
Since we had some leftover Chinese cabbage, made a soup with
it ~ How ? let me show you how !
* You need: few lumps of ginger, 2~3 leeks, about half a cup of dried little shrimps
sesame oil and chicken soup stock.
1) first cut ginger into little pieces, also leek into slice then Chinese cabbage
into inch square cuts.
2) fry both ginger & leek with sesame oil in deep steel pan.
3) then put Chinese cabbage and stock(dried) little shrimp and keep frying.
4) after frying for about 5 ~ 10min. then pour some water and boil.
* then put some chicken soup stock, few pepper & salt then taste and check *
" Done !! " try it's Good.
