鮒寿司 ( Funazushi )

Was a good Sunday yesterday, nice and warm and not much people were out in town ...

... and do you know what this is
" Funazushi " is the name, a ferment crucian carp from 滋賀県 (Shiga Prefecture) and for some of you might don't like the smell ~ but one of delicacy in Japan Do try if you have chance.

~ had this for dinner last night ( don't remember when I had last ... ) sure was good
