My treat for last night " お煎餅 ”

There are many kinds of " お煎餅(osenbei) ” ( a rice cracker )and
this one was good ~ white one is covered by sugar, green one
with Japanese tea(抹茶)and the brown one with sesame. All three
are quite popular in all over Japan. These ones are from 三軒茶屋、
my boss had to come here between classes last night and bought
it to me ( ~ thank you ~ ). Rice cracker started in Chaina long ~long
time ago and came here in 天平9年( Year 737 ), but in these days
Osenbei was not made out of rice, was made by flour not to meant as a
cake (confection), but for a meal. Then after sometime (~don't know when ~)
changed into a cake (treats)made by rice.
お煎餅 has been here for more than 1000years !! If you'r travelling and wanted
to buy something, get one on the spot and tast the difference between
places.
