Good morning everyone!(remember the time difference! Germany is 8 hours behind Japan) (^∇^)
It's been a few days since I got the chance to blog something but my weekend was horrible. I think I will just rant a little bit.
Well, as you know it was my Dad's birthday party on Saturday and we (my siblings and me) had to go to the location early in the morning since there was still lots of preparations to do. We agreed to meet there at 08:00 and I was there on time. Alone.
I think you can imagine my mood then when the next one to arrive was my sister two hours later. Let's just say that my brother graced us with his presence at noon.
At that time I was finished with everything and now comes the part where you'll just think "What the fuck?": He was pissed that there was nothing else to do and that I did everything by myself.
That was the moment where I took my purse and got into my car (Yeah, I drove myself) and went back home. My cell didn't stop ringing and by the time I was home I had 11 missed calls from both of them.
I was seriously contemplating on staying home that evening but I couldn't do that since it was my father's birthday. So I got ready for the party and had a few coffee before I went back there at 17:00.
My mother was pissed at me for leaving my poor siblings all alone and (that were her words, not mine!) acting like a Diva (I so despise women acting like that!). And my Dad was somewhere around (I first saw him a few hours later)
Okay, so the party started and it was absolutely boring. I didn't know half the people there, my siblings were still angry with me and my mother played the good host.
And what did I do? I played with my nieces. But four hours of playing tag and hide and seek and all that were a little bit much for my knees and at 23:00 I was using my crutches again.
An hour later I could finally leave after a thousand "Are you sure you can drive?". Yes, I was sure and I drove home without giving my car any scratches.
On Sunday morning I was woken by my cell ringing. It was my mother asking me where I was. Well, my answer might have been a little bit snippy, but hey, it was early morning and she just woke me and I didn't have a single coffee. (*^▽^*)
To make it short: She wanted me to come and help with the cleaning and transport everything back. Normally that would be no problem if it weren't for the fact that she (again) forgot that I drive a sports car! My trunk is just big enough for my purse! Gods, I love my car! o(〃^▽^〃)o
Well, since I am a good little daughter I went there and helped a little. After more arguing about my choice for a car and me not being married and having a dozen kids, we were finished and I could go back home.
A little cleaning frenzy followed by a surprise visit of the girls later and I finally had some time to relax and promptly fell asleep on top of my keyboard. (*^▽^*)
Yesterday was just doctors and physiotherapists and calls from work and all that stuff.
Well, currently it's 06:15 and I'm on my sixth coffee since I couldn't sleep anymore.
It's still dark and cold but I'm sitting on my balcony. I just love the air early in the morning.
Okay, enough of my ranting. Now you all know what happened and everything can go back to normal. Two more weeks and I'm finally back to work. I don't want to even think about the massive stacks of papers on my desk! But everything is better than sitting at home all day. How can people live like that all their lives? All it does is giving you a feeling of being useless.
