To pick the delegation in front of the midtown hotel, I woke up at 7:00 am, albeit it was slightly later than the time of yesteday.

As the first activity of today's itinerary, we visisted the ofiice of international Co-op. Briefing of the office given by Betty who was the directer of the office was really informative for us. After her explanation, we exchanged our opinons about the mission and activities by the office such as the process of the logisitics, utilization and connection with alumni and tips for introducing Co-op to Japanese University. The discussion was obviously for the delegation beucause provision of career support to the students was so vital for all universities in this globally competitive market.

There were a number of questions notwithstanding, we had to move on to the next appointment with International Student Support Institute at 10:00. We were in hurry and just barely on time for the next appointment. The meeting began with the briefing on the overview of ISSI by Sal initially and it tool about approximately 40 minutes. After his explanation, I asked him what the most challenging task for the office currently was. Subsequently, I asked the officer to inform to our delegation on their responsibilities. It was insightful for our delegation to obtain another perspectives on how the university support the international students and the difficulties to cope with a increase numbet of students from specific countries. As we finished all the appointments, we went back to my office to make short greeting with Justin, but unfortunatelly he was our of office.

As a excursion for their business trip, I introduced the Boston for them. Firstly, I took them to Harvard Square to have a lunch in one of the famous restaurant called Crema Cafe in the vicinity but there were no seats left for us. Regardless of the scarce seats in some restaurant, we could find available seats in the steak restaurant eventually and the taste was amazing.

Then we diveided our group inte two groups and one of them went to shopping to buy souvenirs for their colleagues in Japan, whereas the other one Harvard square. Following this site visit,  we tool Grenn Line bound for Park Starion to walk freedom trail from there. As a sightseeing, I proposed to walk to the bay area of Boston to see the Atlantic Ocean but they were not so positive for my suggestion because they were exausted. It was difficult for me to proceed the site visit or suggest to go back to their hotel and have a rest for a while. Nevertheless, I suuposed them to keep going since it might be once in a life time event. As a result, they seemed to be impressed by the beauty of Atlantic Ocean.

We went to copley square and I sugesst them to enjoy the shopping in Copley Plaza and Prudential Center. We confirm the time and place to have a diner and I went back to my apartment to reserve the seats for diner.

I reserved seats of "Top of the Hub" which is a restaurant situated at the top floor of Prudential Center. The scenary was fabulous and we enjoyed the food, drink and conversation to wrap up their visiting. In addition, I was so relieved because I could complete the attendance in Arizona and Boston without any incidents.
