目標のためにどれだけ自律（セルフコントロール）出来るかどうかです。

例えば、やることが望ましいと自分でも分かっていたことを自分は今日どれだけ実行したでしょうか？

実行していないことが多いのではないでしょうか？

タバコをやめようと思って、止まなかった。

お酒を控えようと思って、控えなかった。

早く寝ようと思って、夜更かしした。

あと５分早く家を出ようと思って、出なかった。

自分でも分かっていて、こんな単純なことをやらなかった。

人生が思いのほか上手く行かない人はこんな単純なことの繰り返しです。

やることが望ましいと自分で分かっていても、やらないことが多いから人生は上手くいかない。
