孫さん個人が、事の重大さを再認識しているのだと僕は感じます。
「想定外のことでした」では済まないことが、現実に起きているのに危機感が希薄になっていくのは問題。
想定外と思えるような最悪の事態に備えるのが、危機管理かと僕は思っていました。
例えば、原発事故現場からの避難範囲の基準が、
諸外国は日本の基準よりも広いのはそういった視点からだと僕は理解しています。
