My mom's making scalloped potatoes for Easter dinner.
The recipe comes from my grandmother's recipe book from the 40's.
I'm excited to try it!

Not like they don't have the same stuff in the stores or anything...(;^_^A
It was creamy and salty.
Rib roast was good, too!
I have leftovers for lunch next week...
