私の大好きな切り絵アーティストの春ちゃんの作品が、カリフォルニア・レドンドビーチにあるNeighborhood Grindsというカフェに2013/10/5から10/31まで展示されることになりました！！！
ここで何度も登場している春ちゃんですが、本当に美人でフレンドリーで、とても優しく心に寄り添うことのできる愛嬌たっぷりな素敵な女性です☆
そして彼女から生まれる作品たちも、彼女と同じように素晴らしいものばかり。
彼女はアートで心や想いや願いを形で表現できるんですよね。
彼女に出会って改めて学びました。
想いは形にできること。
目に見える形で形にすることができる、表現できること。

このサンキャッチャーは春ちゃんの別の州にいらっしゃるお友達がて手作りして送ってくれたものだそうです。
このサンキャッチャーのお話は今回は掲載しませんが、この作品、このサンキャッチャーからの陽の光、メッセージ、いろんな感情が湧き上がる作品なんです。

Came to the United State. in 2001 to study art at California State University, Fresno Graduate School.
During the university semesters, I had an exhibition of my class artworks for 1 month at the school gallery. My background and school work included drawings, painting and design. I stopped going to graduate school after two semesters, because I become a mom.
I have been working on all different kind of subjects but I became more interested and started working in paper-cut craft artworks.
Nowadays, in my free time, I would like to continue this type of art work. My art work mostly relates to people's interests and places they relate to . From the subjects that connect with people, I come up with art pieces hoping to give them joy.
