外歩き200mくらい歩いた👣
歩き出して少ししたら、神経症状みたいな足の重い感じがあった！膝から下がボテボテなる感じ😰
すぐ治まるけど。
緊張するのもあるかも🤔
慣れもあるけど、自信も、筋トレもして、筋肉つけよ✊
花粉症かも🤧鼻水めっちゃでる😂😂😂
