I still don't know why I'm going to Pakistan in 2 days. Does it have to be in Pakistan? There may be more people who need help in Christchurch, NZ after the major attack yesterday. Though I could talk to my best sister like friend Jo over there, I still cannot have any chance to talk to my host families, Diane & Gary all their family members near Brighton and Luke, Sandra & Rob in Sumner.
Anyway, I'm leaving to Pakistan because I decided so.
Though I'm not a Christian, I was just like a "stray/lost sheep" in the Bible. And then Mr. "Sheppard" gave me the opportunity to find my responsibility for needy. There is a French words "Noblesse oblige"....as far as I grasp it, I believe that strong, rich, or royal people have some sort of responsibilities to share their wealth, strength etc. with weak, poor, or whoever in need. In term of it, I am so greedy to be stronger, richer, older, wiser, or more....
I, as the person who was born without any physical disabilities at a higher middle class parents' family in the developed country called Japan, I've been so spoilted and trying hard to find the way to share everything what I've got so far; time, money, energy, patience, love, or the less talent.
However, getting involved into any charity activities is so difficult. The support I believe always cannot be a help. There must be no answer, but at least, I want/need someone to think/discuss about it together. It would be another sharing.....I'd like to share the feeling & thoughts.
Though I know I need some assistances to edit/revise/correct my writings........I hope you'll enjoy my notes, memoes, or drafts.
