愛着障害を感じる方にとって、仕事は人間関係や責任が絡む場面が多く、不安やストレスを感じやすい領域です。特に、自分の感情を抑え込みすぎたり、他人の評価を過剰に気にしすぎることが仕事に影響を及ぼすことがあります。
「心がつながるのが怖い」から得た気づきが、仕事だけでなく、日々の生き方にも活かせそうですね。
