最近、ビール、運動不足でお腹がやばいです！んで２日前から腹筋＆腕立てスタート。ゲームをやるなら体を動かせ！

バスケ情報：オレの大好きなWade（Heat)がまた負けた．．．

明日はオレが一番好きなIversonの試合。仕事で見れない．．．ハワイ、パラダイスだが、そこがいたい！

時差ありすぎだろ！

仕事はボチボチかな、明日から本格的に動くべし。自分で自分を押せ（ちょっと変ですけど）。バスケと一緒だ、何事に対しても満足するな。自分から積極的に！ But be patient. That's how I am.

毎日、楽しく色々なことを教えてくれる、Mさんが今月限りで辞めてしまう。本当、本当に淋しいです。

Hey what's up everyone? Guess what? My head hurts, don't know why but I just have this bad bad headache.

Since I've moved to Hawaii, my stomach is not heading the right direction. Beer and since I haven't played ball in awhile I know how Chuck B feels. So I've been doing some push ups and sit ups the past two days. I wonder how long that's going to last.

My man, D-Wade's team lost again. I'm sure they'll make a comeback. But Flash is out of shape.

Tom. night, my main man AI is going to tear up Old Ass Spurs again with Melo, Camby, S-Blake and company.

It sucks cuz I got work. Damn.

My work, well my main man, Mr. M is going to leave after this month. I would've done the same thing. He's got family to take care of and our company is still on a thin boat regarding business wise. But the website is looking pretty good, improving everyday, I think.

I'm gona head for sales tom. and we'll see what happens from there. I'm going to push myself and do what I have to do make the company successful. I'm going be patience like I've been my entire life. Might be a bad thing but in some perspectives it's good to be patient. Well got to go. Later fellas.
