茄子輤

今晚的夜宵就是茄子輤（因为是随着我的心情煮的，哈哈！）
首先先准备材料：
小茄子
蛋
青菜（个人喜好）



首先把小茄子给切缝，然后用盐腌它。
撒少许盐在青菜上
把蛋给搅拌




然后把锅子给弄热，倒些油在锅子，放些盐下去。
把小茄子和青菜放进锅子炒一分钟。
把蛋给倒进锅子炒至谈黄色就可。



完成！

p/s ：咸度是随个人喜好！

（幸好没把厨房给炸了，哈哈！因为我很少进厨房，可说一年仅不到十次弄食物！
