【緊急支援のお願い】
スーパー台風SINLAKUによる
サイパン・テニアン被災地支援
2026年4月13日から16日にかけ、サイパンとテニアンを過去に例を見ないほど強力で停滞した「スーパー台風SINLAKU」が直撃しました。
【現地の状況】
• ライフラインの寸断: ほとんどの地域で電気・水が止まっており、電波も不安定です。
• 一般家庭の困窮: 自家用発電機（ジェネレーター）を持たない多くの家庭が、過酷な生活を強いられています。
• 届かない支援: 炊き出しや配給場所まで移動手段がなく、体力や経済的にガソリン代を使用してまで行くゆとりもなく、辿り着けない方々が数多くいます。
【支援をお願いする理由】
私は無事ですが、周りには家を失い、物資不足に苦しむ仲間がたくさんいます。私一人の力では、彼らを支えるためのガソリン代や物資を揃える蓄えが十分ではなく、非常にもどかしい思いをしています。
「現地にいるからこそできること」で、皆さんの「応援したい気持ち」を形にし、直接困っている人たちへ届けたいと考えています。

• 緊急救援物資の購入: 生活用品、食料、燃料（ガソリン）など
• 復旧支援: 家屋の修理費用など、個別のニーズに合わせた直接支援

gofundmeを立ち上げようと格闘していたのですが、友人に聞いたらサイパンからはサインインできなくなったとの事。サイパンの銀行は本日現在まだ営業しておりませんが、PayPalなら使えそうなので義援金の募集を開始しようと思います。

[Urgent Request for Support]
Support for Saipan and Tinian Disaster Areas Affected by Super Typhoon SINLAKU
From April 13th to 16th, 2026, Saipan and Tinian were directly hit by Super Typhoon SINLAKU, an unprecedentedly powerful and lingering typhoon.
[Situation on the Ground]
• Disruption of Lifelines: Electricity and water are out of service in most areas, and cell phone reception is unstable.
• Poverty in Households: Many households without private generators are forced to live in extremely difficult conditions.
• Lack of Reach: Many people lack transportation to soup kitchens and distribution points, preventing them from reaching them.
[Reason for Requesting Support]
I am safe, but many of my friends and acquaintances have lost their homes and are suffering from a lack of supplies. I alone do not have enough savings to provide them with the necessary gasoline and supplies, and I feel extremely frustrated.
We want to translate your desire to support into tangible actions and deliver them directly to those in need, using what we can do "because we are on the ground."
[How your donations will be used]
• Purchase of emergency relief supplies: daily necessities, food, fuel (gasoline), etc.
• Recovery support: direct support tailored to individual needs, such as house repair costs.

I was struggling to set up a GoFundMe campaign, but a friend told me that it's no longer possible to sign in from Saipan.
Although banks in Saipan are still closed as of today, PayPal seems to still be usable, so I'm going to start collecting donations there.
