2011年3月11日に発生した東北地方太平洋沖地震により
各地で様々な被害が発生しています。
今回の地震で電話回線が混線して使えなくなったりする中、
インターネットやTwitterが大変活躍しています。
このSAVE JAPANではTWITTER上に存在する様々な震災情報を整理し、
それをまとめることで被災者の方、または被災者家族の方々に
正確な情報を迅速に届ける事を目的としてます。
皆さんがお持ちの各地域の情報をTWEETする際に
本文内に【 #save_○○】※○○は各県名
上記ハッシュタグを挿入して下さい。
そのハッシュタグでTWEETされた情報をまとめるというWEBサイトです。
Twitterのアカウントをお持ちの方はどうか宜しくお願いします。
今回の被害は被災地だけではなく、
家族や友人の行方がわからなくて不安でいる人が沢山います。
どの何を見て、どの情報を信じていいのかわからずとても不安な思いしているはずです。
少しでも被災者の皆さんに安心してもらえるように彼らが情報の整理します。

There has been significant damage from the Tohoku Earthquake that took place on March 11th 2011 at 14:46 pm.
There is SO MUCH information on the web and especially on TWITTER (as it was the only form of communication when telephones and web service was down) that needed to be organized in a usable, accurate, and real time way.
SAVE JAPAN! is a website that categorizes rescue and help call information by prefecture and by language, and is one of the main reference points for this information right now.
They have eleven different language capabilities for foreigners living in Japan that are in need of information, and for families who are trying to locate loved ones.
If you are providing or spreading any information on TWITTER regarding a specific disaster area, PLEASE ADD: [#save_area] to the end of your post.
SAVE JAPAN! will gather all of your posts and categorize them by area and language.
