みんなを引っ張るリーダー、強いリーダーとは言えど、人間性=ユーモアを持っていないと人はついてこない。
People want to follow a person who has sense of humour = Rich in humanity, which is a “must” to be a strong leader.
ユーモアとは、、色々定義はあるけど、簡単に言うと、ON/OFFのスイッチ。
What is “sense of humour”? I think it is a skillset to create a mood of “working” and “relaxing”. Being able to switch ON and OFF.

Here is a List of Action strong leaders take from those who I have met in my career.
1) いかなる会議やスピーチでも、序盤にジョークを使って、参加者の気持ちをリラックスさせる。
No matter what situation is, Make jokes at beginning of meeting or speech to make people Laugh and Relax.
2) 仕事以外では基本笑顔、あいさつも必ず笑顔
Always smile and funny even during working hours, say hello with smile all the time.
3) 厳しいことは言うけど、仕事以外の時間に絶対引きずらない。
Even after being in a serious manner, they won’t drag it afterwards.
4) 引きずったとしてもジョークとして笑いに変えて部下に意識させる。
Even they drag a bit afterward, they always make it like a joke not to leave it repeatedly in a serious manner.
部下はここでその上司の気遣い、人の優しさを感じる。
"しっかりやらないと"と自然と思いが湧き出てくる。”言われたからやる”という意識が無くなる。
People will see a sense of humour (and skillset of good leadership) in these behaviours, and people will self-motivate trying to achieve goals for the leader. Not just because they’re told to do so.
部下がこう感じれるかどうかが、結果(アウトプット)に絶大な効果をもたらす。
It makes HUGE difference whether a leader can make people feel this way, which has enourmous effect in result.
